Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation the reservation is withheld

50% of the total value of the reservation if:

cancel the reservation in less than 10 days from the expected arrival date, for the low & medium period.
cancel the reservation less than 14 days from the expected arrival date, for the high season.

100% of the total value of the reservation if:

cancel the reservation less than 5 days from the expected arrival date, for the high season.
the customer does not appear without warning (non show).
make an early departure without prior notice.
